Care Roadshows, the series of free regional care events that run throughout the UK to inform and inspire care home owners, care managers and all those within the healthcare sector are back on the road again for 2014.
The events start in Glasgow at the beginning of March before stopping off at six locations such as Leeds, Liverpool, Derby and Bristol before finishing off in Brighton in November.
The shows will feature a variety of suppliers exhibiting a range of innovative products and services to help healthcare providers deliver the highest quality of care within their settings. Products range from monitoring alarms and care home management systems to clothes labelling solutions and medicines management services. There is the chance to talk to service providers in a relaxed environment and find out how they can help businesses run even more efficiently.
Alongside the exhibitions, free seminars and workshops will be running helping visitors make the most of their time. Highlights include seminars on ‘Changing the Culture of Care’ from the Dementia Services Development Centre and ‘Dining with Dignity – How do you create nutritious, appealing meals for those with swallowing difficulties?’ from apetito.
