Kingsclear reached a new milestone in its development this week, with a topping out ceremony to signify the final stages of its rebuild by Caring Homes.
The final roof tile, at the care home in Camberley, Surrey, was fitted by Surrey Heath Mayor John Winterton in the presence of building contractors MP Brothers with colleagues from Caring Homes, to celebrate this achievement.
Donna Boobyer, senior commissioning manager for Caring Homes said: “It is very exciting for everyone involved that we have reached this milestone at Kingsclear. We will now all be working hard to get the home fitted out inside and recruit staff ready to welcome our first residents later this year.”
This brand new, luxury care home is due to open in summer. Conveniently located in the affluent Surrey suburb of Camberley, Kingsclear is designed around the needs of its residents and will provide residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 90 residents.
