Caterplus, specialist senior living, care and welfare caterer, has won a new wave of contracts with Peverel Retirement, a leading retirement property management company.
The contracts, worth a total of £475,000, are spread across the UK at four developments, with the largest being St Rumbold’s Court in Brackley. The other sites are: Aire Valley Court, Bingley; Foxhall Court, Banbury; and Townsend Court, Rushden.
Catering services are now well established at all four assisted living developments across the UK. In total, 27 Caterplus staff will freshly prepare meals from locally sourced ingredients for the residents of 225 apartments.
Caterplus’s relationship with Peverel started in early 2012. Peverel manage 1,500 private developments across the UK. They offer independent living allowing customers to benefit from communal resident lounges, dining, leisure and laundry facilities.
Caterplus, part of the Waterfall Services group, has over two decades’ experience in delivering bespoke and personalised catering services to residential care, extra care and assisted living schemes.
Paul Robottom, managing director of Caterplus, said: “Our relationship with Peverel goes from strength to strength. This is our third contract win with Peverel in less than two years. The fact that we have been able to mobilise these sites with just four weeks’ notice is testament to our expertise and experience.”
