CloserStill Media take over the Care Show

CloserStill Media have taken over the annual Care Show at Birmingham’s NEC.

The show which has been run by UBM now comes under the control of the company that operates 15 trade shows and conferences in the medical and healthcare sector, including Health+Care, Acute & General Medicine and Best Practice.

Professor Martin GreenCare England welcomed the news and said it was good news for the future of the show: “The Care Show traditionally provides a great opportunity to meet care providers, network with product and service suppliers and learn more about the latest sector trends. Care England now looks forward to an even stronger event in the years to come,” commented Professor Martin Green (left), chief executive of Care England.

Nadra Ahmed, executive chairman of the National Care Association says: “It is good news that the two shows have been brought together under one umbrella. The shows have been a great opportunity for providers to meet suppliers and attend seminars under one roof. We look forward to continuing to support the Show and help it grow.”
