HC-One has acquired Meridian Healthcare Group’s 30 home portfolio, situated in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, West Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire, Cheshire and Derbyshire.
HC-One say the company will continue to trade as the Meridian brand and there will be no changes at the homes or with the management team. Meridian now operates over 1,500 registered beds, over 1,200 staff.
Through this acquisition by HC-One’s parent company, Meridian will have the benefit of HC-One’s sector-leading financial strength and depth of support services, ensuring that all Residents at Meridian homes continue to receive the high quality care through a range of specialist services.
