Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has brokered the forward letting and investment sale of a new care home scheme in Banstead, Surrey on behalf of Lucas Design and Cheylesmore.
Hallmark Care Homes will take an operational lease for a period of 30 years on completion of the building in 2018. The scheme will see 77 premium en suite bedrooms and facilities including a spa, cafe, hairdressing salon, cinema and shop, as well as a wide variety of social and relaxation spaces including landscaped gardens.
