Manchester based New Care Projects has revealed plans for a new 82 bed care facility in West Bridgford, Nottingham, worth £7 million.
New Care currently operates two care homes at Urmston and Timperley, with the group trading at 96 per cent occupancy.
The proposed facility proposed is a care home that will have every bedroom with en suite shower facilities while the home itself will boast a cinema room, a snoezelen room and a retail coffee shop. The client services team will provide hotel-style services, such as concierge and fine dining to residents and relatives.
Chris McGoff, ceo at New Care, said: “The Midlands was a conscious choice for us as the region, like the North West, allows for a tight geographic cluster of care homes. As this purpose-built care home is our first outside our North West heartland, the plans are superb. It promises to be a truly modern, high quality care facility with a first class service.”
