Avon Care Homes adds a fifth facility

Avon Care Homes have added a fifth facility to their portfolio of homes by buying South Cary House, a stunning Grade II Listed residential home in the village of Castle Cary.

The care home, registered for 23, is a Georgian property set in an acre of land with a fantastic reputation for excellent care in a homely environment. Specialist property adviser Christie + Co brokered the deal.
The new owner, Cristina Bila of Avon Care Homes said: "The acquisition of South Cary House is a perfect fit for Avon Care Homes, nicely complementing the nearby Wells Care Home, Sutton Veny and Bybrook House. We specialise in providing the highest standard of care in charming and stylish surroundings and South Cary was a natural fit."
