Barclays supports new development in St Anne’s

Barclays has provided funding for Lake View Rest Home Ltd to build a new purpose built 78-bed care home on the seafront in St Anne’s on Sea, Lancashire, creating around 50 new jobs.

Nick Wood (pictured right) of Lake View said: “We specialise in providing high quality residential care, and constantly re-invest to ensure all our homes provide uncompromising comfort and excellence in care. The new home will be a great addition to the group and enable us to expand into nursing care.”

For Barclays, Stuart Barrie (pictured left) said: “Barclays is committed to using our industry expertise within the healthcare sector to support experienced and professional operators which are vital to a prosperous economy. Through our in-depth understanding of the sector, Barclays has been able to provide the appropriate debt finance solution to support the business.”
