Grove Care has sold its four care homes to Allegra Care in an undisclosed financial deal.
The four care homes are Olive Tree House and Rose Garden in Patchway, Bristol, and Blossom Fields and The Grove (pictured) in Winterbourne, South Gloucestershire. The homes together offer 183 beds and all are rated at least ‘Good’ in CQC ratings. Grove Care’s retirement living properties at Olive Tree Court and Grove Mews are excluded from the sale.
With this acquisition, Allegra Care and real estate fund manager Moorfield Group, now own and operate 11 homes across Hampshire, Cambridge, Suffolk, and South Gloucestershire. The two companies aim to create an initial £125 million portfolio of nursing, dementia, and care homes.
