Free mental health and wellbeing workshops

Performing Medicine, specialist in arts-based healthcare training and research, has launched a series of free virtual sessions available throughout February and March for the health and social care workforce.

The sessions, hosted on Zoom, are available at selected dates throughout February and March, and include:

Managing stress, building resilience: explore positive ways to revitalise life at work, build resilience and to create a more supportive working environment where self-care is prioritised. Registration is online

Effective online communication: effective, respectful and engaging communication to help staff who work remotely to look after themselves and others. Registration is online.

Revive: manage stress and revive to meet the challenges of the working day.  Registration is online.
