Two care home providers feature in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2022, taking positions 45 and 65.
The recently published Top 100 list, developed by the Department for Education in conjunction with High Fliers Research,
The annual rankings of apprenticeship employers with a minimum of 250 employees and 25 apprentices have been developed by the Department for Education, in partnership with High Fliers Research.
Each employer provides data in areas including total number of apprentices employed as of March 2022, apprenticeship diversity and the number of apprentices that successfully complete apprenticeships during the year and go on to further employment with the employer.
At number 45, HC-One has performed ahead of household names such as John Lewis Partnership and Asda.
Avery Healthcare also features in the list, at position 65, ahead of supermarket giant Sainsbury’s and fast food chain McDonald’s.
Topping the list for 2022 is the British Army, and in position 100 is the Valuation Office Agency.
