May is National Walking Month which is a great opportunity to get social – and fit – at the same time.
For example, older persons care provider, Borough Care, is hosting weekly social walks for the elderly and their friends. The walks take place around a local park every Tuesday and are gentle enough for all residents and their families to get involved.
