Nurses call for more information on COVID risk to health

Nursing organisation the Royal College of Nursing is calling for more detailed information on the COVID-19 risk to health of nurses.

Improved information, including on ethnicity and health conditions, will help UK governments assess the impact on at-risk groups and address inequalities, it says. This follows ONS data that showed that care workers are among the most affected by COVID-19.

On Thursday 11 March, the RCN is holding an online commemorative event offering members the opportunity to gather together to remember, pay respects and support one another. Members can also pay their respects to nursing colleagues in our Online Book of Remembrance.
