Porthaven gets planning consent for Farnham home

Porthaven Care Homes has been given planning consent for a new care home in Farnham, Surrey. The home will provide 24-hour residential and nursing care for the elderly, including residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

The home will comprise 64 bedrooms, each with its own wet room. There will also be a café, hair salon and nail bar, cinema room, leisure and wellness room, a private dining room for special family occasions, as well as several lounges and dining rooms. It will open in spring 2017.
