Recruitment expert Paterson reveals ambitious plans to grow in 2019

With more than 20 years of specialist health and social care recruitment experience, Paterson Health and Social Care has moved to larger premises in Milton Keynes to prepare for a successful 2019.

The Paterson Group was the subject of a management buy-out earlier this year and the company has ambitious plans to grow beyond its Home Counties base. It already has a strong offering in across the Midlands and the South East.

It offers permanent recruitment, ad hoc cover for staff absence, locum placement for continuous cover for medium-term staffing gaps and temp-to-perm placements to care homes, supported living and day services as well as care for people in their own homes. It is also launching a training division.

Paterson Health and Social Care’s managing director Tracey Campbell says the business has gained a reputation for cost-effective and efficient recruitment services.

“As well as the calibre of the health and social care personnel supplied, our position as the supplier of choice for many high-profile clients has been achieved through high standards of service delivery, quality, efficiency and competitiveness,” she says.
