Welsh social care teams are invited to share their thoughts on how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected their health and wellbeing.
This is the fifth survey in a series by Social Care Wales, which has been tracking the health and social care workforce experience since the start of the pandemic.
The recently published results of the fourth survey reveal the workforce’s ongoing struggle with post-Pandemic changes that place extra demands on staff, increased stress, lower morale and job satisfaction.
The survey is online and open until Friday 8 July. It should take less than 15 minutes to complete and responses are anonymous.
