Salaries at Vida Healthcare have been raised by an average of 25 per cent in a bid to ease recruitment and retention issues at the business.
Qualified care assistant pay has increased 28 per cent to £12.32 an hour, and nurses’ pay by 21 per cent to £22.50.
Vida Healthcare employs over 470 staff members and supports 203 residents living with dementia.
