Your turn to talk about medication over-use

A card game has been launched by VODG (Voluntary Organisations Disability Group) to support the national STOMP (stopping over medication of people with a learning disability, autism or both) campaign.

The primary purpose of the game is to prompt conversations between people with learning disabilities, autism or both and their support staff about psychotropic medication. It can also be used to raise staff awareness about good practice in tackling over-medication. The game has been designed by VODG and is funded through our partnership with NHS England.

Care providers who have signed up to the STOMP pledge and submitted a STOMP action plan will be first in line for a free copy of the game; games will be distributed on a ‘first-come’ basis. Social care organisations can place an order by completing this form.
